The first night's payment for accommodation is payable in advance.

Cancelation - 48 hours prior to check in (3pm on day of arrival) you will receive a full refund. Cancelation within 48 hours of check in, the first nights stay is non refundable. 

There is an additional charge of £20 per room per night for dogs.
